How do I log my daily data?

Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen to open the daily log. You can log nutrition, hydration, sleep, exercise, and your skin check-in score from one screen.

Are my progress photos stored in the cloud?

No. All progress photos are stored on your device only and are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the app will remove them.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach analyses your logged data and generates personalised coaching once per day. Only aggregated statistics are sent to the AI — your photos and personal details never leave your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Firma → Cancel.
On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Firma → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app, or email us at support@getfirma.me and we will delete your data within 7 days.
